Release your potential and free yourself from the past without talking about or analysing your problems!

What is it?

The Metamorphic Technique (MT) is a simple, yet powerful approach to self healing, inner creativity and realisation of your own true potential. In MT any negativity (which can show up emotionally, physically or in the way you live your life) is known as a ‘pattern’.

Despite appearing to occur after we are born, all patterns take root during our time in the womb, which is when we establish our sense of self and individuality, how we relate to others, whether we open to the world with ease and how we deal with transition in life.

The metamorphic technique acts as a catalyst to your life force, bringing it into focus and loosening these patterns thus enabling you to transform from who you are now, to who you can be.

How does it work?

The spinal reflexes are also a map of the gestation period (our time in the womb). By using a light touch to the spinal reflex points on the feet, hands and head, the Metamorphic practitioner acts as a catalyst (something that speeds up a process of change) to the person's life force.

Your life force holds the blueprint for your true self, the best possible version of yourself. It is guided by your innate intelligence and will bring about a transformation of the patterns that show up in your life. This frees you from past influences and allows you to let go and move forward.

What happens in a session?

You remove your shoes and socks and either sit down or lie on a treatment couch while I use a light touch on the spinal reflex points in the feet, hands and head.

Sessions are non-diagnostic i.e. I won’t be trying to address specific problems, so there is no need to take a case history. The outcome cannot be predicted, as each person's life force is unique and will dissolve patterns at a speed that is right for them, however the majority of people who have experienced the Technique do report benefits - it is unusual for the Technique not to be helpful in some way.

What symptoms can it help with?

People are very drawn to the technique at difficult times, which involve a big transition, such as moving house, changing jobs, divorce or separation. Others will use the technique to deal with emotional or physical issues and to make deep inner changes without analysing the past, such as:

Chronic fatigue, Stress, Depression, Illness, Pain, Tinnitus, Relationship problems, Low self-esteem, Work issues, Learning difficulties, Dyslexia, ADHD

Addictions and Eating disorders

The Technique does not aim to address these conditions or their symptoms, but in most cases people find that symptoms lessen over time, that they respond better to other treatments they have been following or that they are guided to a treatment or therapy which works for them.

How many sessions will I need?

Sessions can be on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Or you may prefer to come when you are feeling tired or uninspired. The contact provided is gentle and undemanding, offering a pleasant and relaxing experience.

How much does it cost?

£45 for a 60 minute session.

What do I do next?

‘Metamorphic Technique has slowly and quietly gained the respect from not only those whose lives have been transformed by it, but from doctors and specialists impressed with the results for conditions ranging from dyslexia to eating disorders.‘

Lorna V, Sunday Times

'Since its development in the 1960s, the Metamorphic Technique (MT) has become quietly popular with, and quietly indispensable to, an ever growing number of people. Perhaps part of its low profile is due to the fact that it remains bemusingly difficult to explain - even when one has, as I have, experienced treatments and become convinced of their favourable effects.'

Elinor Malcolm, The Hill Magazine
